This existing residence was a double storey brick veneer home. The client wanted to extend the house to accommodate their growing family. After completely removing the existing roof we installed another level. The new level included bedrooms, a study, bathroom and living areas. The house was extensively renovated throughout all internal areas and had a new external balcony constructed. The clients were easy to work with and made decisions to certain areas which resulted in some cost savings advantages to the overall project.
