We recently completed a full makeover of our home at 5 Marles Street. The project took 3 Months to complete as planned.
Tony Nolan was engaged to do the renovation which was quite a sizable renovation on a 2 storey home requiring detailed engineered drawings, alterations to load bearing members and load beam calculations.
The Project was managed in a way that allowed us to safely remain in residence. Tony provided us with a program of works prior to commencing and he delivered on that program. From the time Tony was awarded the job he put plans in place to ensure all materials and subcontractors arrived at the times nominated in the program. He delivered on what he said he would do. His communication throughout the program was excellent; at no time were we left wondering when things were going to happen or what was going to happen, as clients we were always fully informed in a timely manner.
The tradesmen used by Tony Nolan were extremely professional, tidy and they respected the property as they went about their work. All work was scheduled properly and delivered professionally, the quality of work was exceptional.
Making the decision to renovate was not an easy one and can be fraught with apprehension. Engaging Tony Nolan was very gratifying for us, he made the whole process flow smoothly and we were confident in a great result.
In summary Tony told us what he was going to do and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He delivered a quality product in a professional manner and we would highly recommend his services.
